ADVANTAGES TO USE RECYCLING WATER

  1. Always arranges of water in the volumes that are wished since the water comes from the population.
  2. Allows to water other adjacent zones to diminish costs of exploitation.
  3. The quality of the water produced in our plants allows the reutilization of 100 % of the waters, providing that these, in origin it is not very saline.
  4. The use of recycled water supposes a considerable saving of fertilizers on having contributed yet the organic matter and the residual nitrogen in the water.
  5. The waters do not produce bacterial pollution on having gone out already of the plan sterilized.
  6. Cost zero of the recycled water, the subsoil is recharged by superficial water.
  7. In case of proceeding waters of desalination, it avoids to construct big facilities on the consumptions having diminished.
  8. Reduction of the costs of construction and maintenance, on not having been the smallest facilities since they must produce less sweet water.
  9. Increase of the underground waters on having reduced the consumption of the wells.
  10. It does not depend on climatic questions.

TECHNOLOGY APPLIED IN THE RECYCLING SYSTEMS
All of them are from a biological treatment of the waste water of the adjacent populations.
The most used systems are:

  • Biological conventional process followed by filtration and sterilization
  • Biological process of total oxidation with membranes plunged (type MBR-membrane biological reactor).

The difference between them is the quality of obtained water.

    SS                  < 10 – 20 mg/l          < 1-5 mg/l
And the constructive differences, which makes advisable the process installation MBR.
